Close to a railway station which helps if you have baggage About 10-15 min brisk walk to Princes street, which is Ok since the route is flat. The city is very easy to navigate
Lovely big spacious room (executive suite) comfy beds, small kitchen and bathroom all in the room. Quiet location, slept well. Radiator in room was broken but was sorted as soon as we let reception know. Would stay again
When I saw the reviews for this place after I booked it, I was very skeptical and was expected a very poor quality But the minute I checked in and walked into my room... wow! Such a nice spacious room for a Junior suite. 2 sofas, bed, TV, Kitchen, Bathroom. Heating worked. The windows stayed open, the fan worked well. I had a really good experience. Great location also, 8 min walk from Haymarket train station and tram station. Also, very close to Nam (very nice Vietnamese restaurant, see earlier reviews)
